Hotel Management team was very on point when it comes to reaching out for arrangement, making sure that my logistics were taken care of for the days leading up to the trip. Recpetionists were extremely helpful, went above and beyond their responsibilities to accomodate my very needs, given that this is my first visit to Hanoi.

The staff are sont kind and helpfull , the location is very well ! You can book a Grab and be in the old quarter in less than 5min ! If you have some question you can ask the staff, they are so great ! I recommande that hotel !

price-quality, very nice staff, they helped us with our laundry, great shower, nice welcome pack. We liked everything and it was nice to feel that the staff is always ready to help

Near bus station. Convenient to go to airport. Quite quiet when sleeping. Hotel is new and clean. Small restaurants are around.
